Photo options:  

• Send in a regular photo of the item(s) to be sold and BCS will scan them and place on the site.  
• Take a digital photo yourself and send it to the BCS office  
• For a $5.00 fee, BCS will come to you and take 3-5 digital photos of your ‘for sale’ item(s). 
  A multiple discount of .50 an item for any additional items more than 5, would apply.  
• Elect not to use a photo (not recommended for visual advantage of selling)

There is a non-refundable insertion fee required to be paid at the time of submission for 1- month exposure.
Insertion fees vary, determined by the asking price of each item. See the following chart:

After 1 month, if the item has not sold, the seller has the option to re-submit the item for another insertion fee and another month exposure or to remove the item. It is the seller's responsibility to notify the BCS office if they 
wish their item to be re-submitted, otherwise the item will be removed after 30 days.

Each seller will receive a lot number to represent himself. No personal info regarding the seller is given out or put on site. The buyer info is given to the seller to contact when an item is sold (phone number, e-mail address...)

Each item receives an item number

The seller states asking price high and low :

• high – price you would like to get  

•  low – if price is negotiable, the price you’ll settle for.   

• only the high price is advertised on site.  
  

Seller decides what form of payment to accept (cash, check, money order...)

When the item is sold, BCS receives 5% of the selling price. This fee is paid before the seller receives the buyer information.

Sellers may not charge buyers an additional fee for their use of ordinary forms of payment, including acceptance of checks, money orders, electronic transfers or credit cards. Such costs should be built into the price of the item. This policy reduces the potential for confusion among buyers about the true cost of an item. Further, some forms of payment surcharges, such as credit card surcharges, are forbidden under the laws of many states.

Sellers may charge a reasonable shipping and handling fee to the final price of their item, providing that this fee is disclosed in the listing. A shipping and handling fee can cover the seller's reasonable costs for mailing, packaging and handling the item. Shipping and handling fees cannot be listed as a percentage of the final sale price.  

Vehicles:
Vehicles (cars, boats, planes, trucks, campers...) are subject to a $5.00 submission fee.
Final value fee to BCS for vehicles is a flat rate of $50.00 and is  not subject to the 5% final sale fee of the selling price.

Items not acceptable to be placed on site for sale  

BUYER:

An interested buyer should go to the on -line buyer's form and fill out information regarding the item he wishes to purchase. This form is sent to the BCS office and the seller is notified. If the sell is approved, the buyer information is given to the seller to contact the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for payment of the item to the seller by terms specified by the seller.

Arrangement of pick -up or delivery is to be made between the buyer and seller.

If for some reason the item is no longer available, BCS will notify the interested buyer.
